PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

J R U MODEL JLT 900 Liquid Level Transmitter uses the time tested, field proven float/torque tube/Hall effect Sensor to generate a high accuracy transmitted signal proportional to liquid level. Any change in liquid level varies the displacer weight which in turn makes the torque tube rotate. This rotation is linked to a magnet assembly which modify the magnetic field, proportional to the level. The varying magnetic field proportional to the change in level rate of flow is magnetically coupled to a Hall Effect Sensor which produces a proportional DC Electrical signal. This DC electrical signal is converted into an error – free digital signal and is processed by the on-board micro controller. After processing, the digital signal is converted to a DC 4-20 mA analog output signal which can be connected to a PLC (or) any similar system.
